Registration and reservation

When wanting to join a Training/Workshop, people can register themselves and/or colleagues, which will result in a reservation. An invoice will be sent to the supplied invoice address. Reservations will remain valid for exactly one month, starting from the invoice date.

When fully paid within one month, reservations become final. The person(s) on the invoice will now be entitled to join the Training/Workshop.

If not paid within one month, the reservation will be cancelled and no payment obligation is present.

Cancellation policy

If a participant, after the invoice has been paid, cancels the Workshop more than one month before the start of the Workshop, a 75% refund will be offered. No refund will be offered after this period.

When a participant is unable to attend and would like another person to take his/her place, a 5% administration fee will apply.

In the unlikely event that the Workshop will be cancelled:

When mutual agreed another 2-day DICOM Workshop may be participated in;
When this is not possible, a full refund will be offered.
